[cl - 04/15/2008 - 03:37 PM] talked to mr. johnson and he stated that insurance co. approved the supplement. they are cutting the check tomorrow. i stated i will wait to hear from them and get the parts ordered. [cl - 04/17/2008 - 03:37 PM] i e-mailed the adjuster again and let him know that i have asked repeatedly to get an answer for approval or disapproval on this supplement. [cl - 04/22/2008 - 07:28 AM] Got approval on supplement, but they did not cover the wheel. i let customer know this info. [cl - 04/24/2008 - 10:18 AM] UPD. THAT VEHICLE IS IN PAINT AND WE WILL BE RECEIVING WHEEL TOMORROW. [cl - 04/30/2008 - 04:04 PM] talked to brook at diamond nat'l and i faxed over supplement and she is putting note on it to state nat'l to call me w/ approval. [cl - 05/05/2008 - 10:21 AM] upd. that we are waiting on approval for the tire. [cl - 05/06/2008 - 08:22 AM]
